Drapes vs. Blinds
Don’t get me wrong…..drapes are nice when you’re up for that late nap you’ve been saving up your sleepless days for. There’s just something about waking up in a cool room with heavy drapes blocking out the unforgiving sun that rejuvenates the body……well, for some. But when it’s time to take down those drapes and start cleaning, you bet you WILL be cleaning….a lot. Blinds, on the other hand…modern, does the trick, albeit not as classily, and best of all, not a pain in the behind to clean. Three cheers for the inventor of the venetian blinds who saved us all poor folk the trouble of having more cleaning to do!
